Ambassador
Ambassadors represent the United Methodist Youth Home in area United Methodist Churches. Serving as liaisons, Ambassadors communicate United Methodist Youth Home news, current needs and happenings to their friends, family, and home churches. With a minimal time commitment, Ambassadors help acquaint others with the United Methodist Youth Home and our mission.
-
Resource Volunteer
Resource Volunteers provide behind-the-scenes support, from baking cookies and painting to helping with fund-raisers and collating newsletters. Resource volunteers generously give their time providing hundreds of hours of invaluable service to the United Methodist Youth Home.
-
Bridge Volunteer
The Bridge Program is our most intensive volunteer program. There is an application and training process that must be completed in order to become a Bridge Volunteer. Bridge Volunteers are mentors who serve as role models providing emotional support and encouragement for our residents.
-
Board Member
Board Members are appointed by the Board's nominating committee and serve a three-year term. The Board of Directors governs and oversees the general operation of the United Methodist Youth Home and is committed to helping the United Methodist Youth Home fulfill its mission of serving troubled teens. If you are interested in serving on the board, please contact the administrator at (812) 479-7535 or admin@umyh.com.

Donors
Financial support, whether it be a one-time donation, a yearly contribution to the United Methodist Youth Home Annual Fund, or a planned gift, is always most welcome and needed. In-kind donations of clothing, personal care products, paper products, food, games, recreation equipment, videos, books, or household items are an additional means of helping our residents.
